Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
- 1 7 oz can Can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Water
Protein
- 4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
Instructions
Marinade
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor
- Put rinsed chicken thighs into a gallon sized bag
- Pour marinade over chicken and seal bag removing as much air as possible
- Refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight
Cooking
- Preheat skillet
- Cook 5-6 minutes then flip
- Cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until 165 degrees
- Dice chicken and use in bowls or burritos
