  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
  • 1 7 oz can Can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Water


  • 4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs



  • Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Put rinsed chicken thighs into a gallon sized bag
  • Pour marinade over chicken and seal bag removing as much air as possible
  • Refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight


  • Preheat skillet
  • Cook 5-6 minutes then flip
  • Cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until 165 degrees
  • Dice chicken and use in bowls or burritos
